Working Together – Understanding Different Personalities

Very few people work completely alone. Yet working with others can cause a number of personality ‘clashes’. Each individual may be great at his or her job. The challenge is getting those individuals to work well together. This course will help you to understand yourself as well as the people around you. By understanding how people work best and how they interact with others, you will be enable to build rapport easier, communicate better, establish more effective methods of working and create a more harmonious environment for the team.

The session is both fun and interactive so that you will remember the characteristics of the different personality types long after the session is over.

Course Objectives

Using the DiSC Personality profiling tool, in this 1-day course you will:-

  • Identify your unique personality type and those of the people you work with.
  • Understand the four dominant personality types – their strengths; the way they communicate; what motivates them; how they manage their time and how they deal with stress.
  • Learn how to communicate with, and get the best out of, all personality types.
