• Trained every employee of L’Oréal Middle East on how to give feedback effectively using L’Oréal’s preferred feedback model.

• Showed hundreds of individuals how to have a difficult conversation by using her own ‘Effective Feedback Model’.

• Helped friends, family, and business associates structure their conversation when they needed to address a difficult topic.
