Corrina ran her own marketing business in Dubai for a decade, before following her passion and moving into Learning & Development full-time.
During her time as business owner, she learnt how to be a leader and coached her own staff on employee engagement and performance management issues. This experience has helped her to bring real life examples into her training courses.
She thoroughly enjoys equipping people with tools and techniques to make better use of their time and to carry out their roles in more effective and innovative ways, as well as showing managers how to coach their direct reports in order for them to reach their full potential. Clients have noted that Corrina can take a seemingly complex topic and deliver it in a way that is both easy-to-understand and interesting – thus, ensuring the content is memorable and more likely to be applied.
Corrina delivers workshops in Leadership, Personality Profiling, Cultural Understanding and numerous soft skills topics that fall under Performance Management and Employee Engagement. She is also one of a small team of Mind Gym Coaches who deliver the Management Development Programme for Unilever globally.
Corrina’s interpersonal sensitivity allows her to connect with everyone she works with – regardless of nationality, age or status.
